These Terms of Service govern your use of nealgrey.com and any services or digital products provided by Neal Grey LLC ("Neal Grey," "we," "us," or "our"). By using this site, submitting a form, or purchasing a product, you agree to these terms.

Who we are

Neal Grey LLC is a Georgia limited liability company providing local internet marketing, reputation and review management, website development, and digital publishing. We provide these services to our own clients under our own name.

SMS messaging terms

These terms apply to the Neal Grey LLC text messaging program.

  • Program description. Neal Grey LLC sends appointment confirmations and reminders for consultations booked with us, and review requests to customers for whom we have completed work.
  • How to join. You opt in by entering your mobile number and checking the consent box on a form at nealgrey.com. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
  • Message frequency. Message frequency varies and is typically low.
  • Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Neal Grey LLC does not charge for these messages; your mobile carrier's standard rates apply.
  • How to opt out. Reply STOP to any message from us to stop receiving texts. You will receive a single confirmation, after which no further messages will be sent.
  • How to get help. Reply HELP to any message, email info@nealgrey.com, or call (855) 419-7272.
  • Carriers. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission from your carrier and is not guaranteed.
  • Privacy. Mobile opt-in information and consent are never shared with or sold to third parties for any purpose, including marketing. See our Privacy Policy.

Marketing services

Marketing services are provided under a separate written agreement or proposal that sets out scope, fees, and term. Where those documents conflict with these terms, the signed agreement controls. Search engine rankings, review counts, lead volume, and revenue depend on factors outside our control, including search engine algorithms, competition, and your own operations. We do not guarantee any specific ranking, result, or outcome.

Digital products

Digital products are delivered electronically after purchase. Because they are delivered immediately and cannot be returned, all sales of digital products are final. If you have a problem with a purchase, such as a broken download, the wrong file, or a defect in the product, email info@nealgrey.com and we will make it right.

Digital products are licensed to you for your own personal or internal business use. You may not resell, redistribute, or republish them, in whole or in part, without our written permission.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use this site to break any law, to interfere with its operation or security, to scrape or harvest data from it by automated means, or to infringe anyone's rights.

Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos, and digital products, is owned by Neal Grey LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law.

This site links to sites we do not operate. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

This site and its content are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Neal Grey LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this site or our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service or product giving rise to the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Georgia.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The revision date at the top of this page shows when they were last changed. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
